Injection Molding Experience
Mechanically inclined
Must be able to lift 55lbs

Job Responsibility

Operates hydraulic lift and scissor lift table to move molds into injection molding machines
Sets mold into the machine using specialized equipment according to written controlled procedures
Observes proper Lock-Out Tag-Out as applicable
Keep the Molding Floor clean and orderly by sweeping, mopping, picking up trash, and wiping molding machines regularly
Maintains the organization and stocking of the molding cabinets and carts
Assist with other molding, floor, and machine duties as directed by the Shift Lead
Follow the direction of the shift lead to do other related projects to support the molding floor staff

Assist in Task Base Certification program development and implementation
Perform advanced level troubleshooting for component repair and replacements with proficient use of specialized tools and diagnostic processes
Effectively gather information regarding turbine performance/issues to diagnose, recommend, and implement solutions to complex issues
Demonstrate effective project leadership and delegation for major correctives, retrofits, and main component repair/replacements
