We are partnering with our client, a Global Law Firm, as they look to recruit an experienced 2nd Line IT Deskside Support professional to join their expanding London team. This team provides onsite IT support to users and guests in their City of London office with a proactive customer care focus. A leader in their sector, they are shortly moving to new larger offices where they have made huge investments in order to enhance the working environment. Technology plays a large part in this. Their ideal is to engage someone who has Legal sector support experience that will be familiar with tools and technologies widely utilised within the sector. This is a varied front facing role, and you will be part of a team offering support across hardware, software, applications and systems. Alongside troubleshooting issues, you will also be tasked with activities such as setting up, configuring, and installing software on PC’s, laptops, mobile devices, printers and networking equipment. Proud of the white glove / hotel style experience they offer, you must have proven experience within a similar role. In addition to supporting users and guests and their day to day needs you will also be invited to work on projects of varying sizes. Job Responsibility
Provide onsite IT support to users and guests

Setting up, configuring, and installing software on PCs, laptops, mobile devices, printers and networking equipment
Working on projects of varying sizes
Requirements
A minimum of 4 years’ experience in offering a wide range of technology support, including hardware, software, applications and AV within a similar environment
Experience in offering face to face / deskside support
In addition to proven support in a windows environment, you will also have experience supporting applications such as iManage, Litera ChangePro, InTapp Time, Bighand Digital Dictation or similar
Experience of working with BlackBerry Enterprise Server, BlackBerry UEM, and BlackBerry Work to support their mobile platform
