We are expanding along the stunning East Lothian coast and gearing up for a huge summer season. With plenty of momentum and exciting plans ahead, we’re looking to grow our kitchen teams now and bring great people on the journey with us. This is a hands-on role for someone with energy, leadership skills, and a love of consistency and creativity in equal measure.

Job Responsibility

  • Leading the kitchen team to deliver high standards during service
  • Supporting rota efficiency and managing kitchen GP
  • Maintaining strong stock control and organisation
  • Mentoring, developing and motivating chefs at every level
  • Running the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence
  • Ensuring full compliance with health & food safety standards
  • Creating an open, honest kitchen culture where people thrive
  • Building strong communication between kitchen and FOH teams

  • Evolve the team from reactive support toward proactive merchant enablement, building repeatable routines that protect merchant performance and unlock growth
  • Establish clear goals, KPIs, and performance measurement frameworks that connect technical account management work to commercial outcomes
  • Lead, coach, and develop a globally distributed team of Technical Account Managers across the US, UK, and Australia
  • Foster global alignment while respecting regional autonomy, standardizing strategy and operating principles while allowing regions to execute based on local market context
  • Serve as the escalation point for critical merchant issues, incidents, and strategic accounts
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to represent the merchant voice, frame feature requests with commercial impact, and influence the product roadmap
