2D Concept Artist is responsible for producing high-quality 2D concept art, collaborating with 3D artists to ensure design accuracy and alignment with Gameloft's style guidelines. The role also includes developing visual assets such as icons and banners, maintaining consistent quality across deliverables, and proactively identifying and resolving workflow issues to support efficient production.

Requirements
Follow an pre-set art style, follow guidelines and instructions and respect technical requirements and art direction of the game
Produces characters, environments and props concepts from briefs and instructions
Quickly integrate and positively react to feedback given
Show very good understanding of anatomy, composition, colour theory
Masters painting and photo editing software
Come up with original designs and ideas about a project's graphics
Perform competition, market and AI research to widen the range of references and push innovative compositions from there
Able to deliver a good level of polish in reasonable delays
Require low supervision
Respect deadlines
Correctly organize the files, following logic naming conventions
Correctly get and update the tasks from Jira and provide clear status updates to the team
