Requirements
3+ years of experience in character design within the gaming industry, with full-cycle mobile game R&D experience
experience in leading design teams is highly preferred
Familiar with mainstream AI tools in the market, with the ability to integrate mature AI workflows into the R&D process
Skilled in Western Cartoon and Western Realistic styles
versatile enough to handle certain environment/scene production needs
Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, with a strong sense of responsibility, the ability to embrace change, and high proactive initiative
Solid foundation in character design, strong hand-drawing and original creation capabilities, and high artistic appreciation
