Our Commercial team at Vodafone focuses on building the products and digital experiences that connect our customers every day. The team works with global partners to bring high quality, innovative solutions to market by analysing performance, shaping commercial strategies, and managing the full product lifecycle from selection through launch. At the same time, the team develops seamless, digital first connectivity experiences for customers across markets. This includes researching customer needs, introducing new features, designing campaigns, and expanding Vodafone’s footprint across countries.

Requirements:

  • Enrolled university student available for the full 12‑month internship
  • Strong academic performance in: Business / Economics, Technology / Innovation, Supply Chain, Marketing / Digital Marketing, Data / Analytics or related disciplines
  • 0–3 years of experience (excluding internships, part‑time roles, and studies)
  • Interest in mobile devices, digital connectivity, or telecom products (e.g., device ecosystems, eSIM technology)
  • Comfortable working with data, analysing trends, performance, customer insights, or cost curves
  • Confident using Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • curiosity for tools that support analytics or product development
  • Enthusiasm for exploring how digital products scale across markets
  • Interest in product management, commercial strategy, or supplier‑related work
  • Ability to support roadmap execution, feature development, or category planning
  • Strong analytical mindset, able to interpret customer behaviour, market research, and product performance
