The Entry-Level Engineering Document co-op will support Document Control and Records Management activities across the organization. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn about documentation processes in a regulated environment. The individual will assist with formatting, organizing, and managing both paper-based and electronic document workflows. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting are key to success. This co-op will run from July 13th 2026-December 11th 2026
Job Responsibility:
Support cross-functional teams by helping with document requests, approvals, and archival processes
Assist with organizing project and turnover documentation in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
Learn and provide administrative support for document lifecycles and workflows in ACC
Help digitize and archive paper-based documentation
Collaborate with the team to ensure documents meet compliance and business needs
Requirements:
Actively enrolled in a undergraduate program
High school Diploma or equivalent degree required
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team member
Interest in learning about cGMP, quality, or documentation processes
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Problem-solving mindset with willingness to ask questions and seek guidance
Nice to have:
Years attended in a library Science program preferred
