Responsibilities You are not going to be stuck just sweeping floors or fetching tools; you will be right in the action working alongside experienced journeymen. Qualifications Official Apprenticeship Status: You must be actively registered as a first-year apprentice welder. Technical Foundation: Previous hands-on exposure to FCAW,/MCAW, or standard MIG welding processes is highly preferred.
