Our client is an award-winning Managed Service Provider (MSP), recognised for delivering high-quality IT support and exceptional customer service. They are seeking a motivated 1st Line Support Engineer to provide on-site technical support and act as the first point of contact for end users.
Job Responsibility:
Provide remote office support to end users
Log and manage incidents and service requests via a ticketing system
Troubleshoot issues across Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
Perform basic Active Directory user administration
Support hardware, peripherals, and meeting room technology
Escalate complex issues to 2nd line teams with clear documentation
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain SLA standards
Requirements:
Experience in a 1st Line IT Support role (MSP exposure beneficial)
Working knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365
Basic Active Directory experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
UK Driving License Required
Nice to have:
MSP environment experience
Basic networking knowledge
ITIL or entry-level IT certifications
