Job Description

Our client, a Global Professional Services firm with an International workforce of over 5,500, is looking to add to their IT Service Desk Support Team based in Manchester. Offering phone, email and chat technology support to staff at all levels you will work as part of a fast paced, talented Global Support Team. In addition to resolving and troubleshooting issues directly you will also support users in identifying and resolving issues themselves and have the opportunity of testing new software applications and looking to and reporting improvements required.

Requirements
