Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver top-notch customer service by resolving technical issues and keeping customers in the loop
  • Troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity problems, and collaborate with field engineers to fix hardware like routers, switches, and Wi-Fi APs
  • Use tools such as Solarwinds and Extreme XIQ to track down problems
  • Manage incidents and request tickets on ServiceNow with precision, escalating to senior engineers when needed
  • Assist with hardware and vendor management, ensuring swift resolution of faults

Requirements:

  • At least 1 years’ support experience in a busy, customer-focused service desk or NOC environment
  • Solid understanding of LAN/WAN technologies
  • A networking qualification like CCNA (or working towards it) is a big plus
  • Strong communication – clear, calm and customer-focused
  • Confidence working in a shift-based environment
  • Ability to obtain BPSS, SC, and NPPV3 clearance for this role
