Requirements

At least 1 years’ support experience in a busy, customer-focused service desk or NOC environment
Solid understanding of LAN/WAN technologies, ideally with a networking qualification like CCNA (or working towards it)
Flexibility to work in our Solihull office on shift patterns between 7am and 7pm, mainly Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts on a rota basis
Ability to obtain BPSS, SC, and NPPV3 clearance for this role
