Job Description:

We at Nova, are a very young and dynamic team, the 2nd largest telecom provider in Greece, looking for vibrant and fast thinking “1st Level B2B Support Engineer – Platinum Technician” to be part of our successful team in our “B2B Support team”.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide first-level technical support to corporate users via phone, email, and ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and basic network issues
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and password resets (Active Directory)
  • Support corporate applications, email systems, VPN, and collaboration tools
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to 2nd/3rd level support following internal procedures
  • Monitor and update incident tickets, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution
  • Assist with workstation setup, configuration, and onboarding of new employees
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and SLAs
  • Provide user guidance and basic training on IT systems and tools
  • Maintain high levels of customer service and professionalism

Requirements:

  • BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Information Security or related degree
  • 5 years of experience in a similar field is preferred
  • Certifications are desirable (Fortinet NSE2, Cisco CCNA)
  • Good knowledge of SDWAN, WIFI, CLOUD
  • Adaptability to new technologies and commitment to continuous improvement
  • Customer-focused mindset ensuring high-quality service delivery
  • Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Hands-on experience with service activation and deactivation processes
  • Strong knowledge of corporate network services
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and during scheduled night-time maintenance activities
  • Team-oriented with excellent communication and collaboration skills
