Job Description:

Make a lasting impact in the lives of children today! Are you passionate about supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Do you want to play a key role in their education and personal development? Randstad Education is working with a primary school in Liverpool (L7) to recruit a dedicated and empathetic 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support students with special needs from age 1-6 years. This role offers the chance to make a real difference, with the possibility of a permanent position for the right candidate.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide one-on-one support to children with Special Education Needs
  • Act as a positive role model, building strong and supportive relationships with students
  • Work with the class teacher to support lesson delivery
  • Demonstrate patience, enthusiasm, and professionalism in all interactions

Requirements:

  • UK school experience is essential
