Job Description:

Provide 1:1 support to a child in an Early Years setting. Significant impact on a child's development. Full-time, temporary (until at least December 2025, with potential extension).

Job Responsibility:

Deliver engaging and supportive learning experiences
Collaborate with teachers and other staff
Maintain accurate records of student progress

Requirements:

Level 3 Early Years or Childcare qualification
Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) - Essential
Patience, empathy, strong communication skills

Nice to have:
