This role involves working closely with the student to help them succeed in their learning goals. Job Type Full-time Qualification/education Relevant experience working with children with additional needs is essential. A relevant qualification in education or childcare is desirable but not essential. Experience Previous experience working with children with additional needs, specifically autism and ADHD, is required. Experience with supporting students in a 1:1 setting is highly advantageous. Skills Patience, empathy, and a strong understanding of the challenges faced by children with autism and ADHD.
