Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable
Experience supporting pupils with SEN or behavioural needs is an advantage

Job Responsibility

Promote positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and independence
Ensure the pupil’s safety, wellbeing, and inclusion at all times
Follow all safeguarding, behaviour management, and school policies
