Job Description:

Randstad, in partnership with a welcoming primary school in Uckfield, is seeking a dedicated and resilient 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a child in Year 4 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and a Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA) profile.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting a child in Year 4 with ASD and PDA
Managing challenging behaviors
Providing a patient, understanding, and consistent approach

Requirements:

Resilience
Prior experience working with children with ASD, PDA, or other SEN needs
Patience and Empathy
Commitment to long-term work
