Job Description:

An established School in Ealing is looking to appoint a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant from September 2025 to support a Reception pupil with Autism who is pre-verbal, calm, and playful. This is a rewarding opportunity for a compassionate, patient, and experienced individual willing to support communication needs in a collaborative school environment.

Job Responsibility:

1:1 Learning Support Assistant – Primary School
Supporting a Reception child with ASD & Communication needs
Working closely during lessons and interventions
Exposure to on-site speech therapy and occupational therapy sessions.

Requirements:

Energetic, compassionate, and patient individual
MUST have experience supporting children with communication challenges
Understanding of adaptive technologies to aid communication and learning
Ability to build a positive relationship with a child who is pre-verbal, calm, and has a great sense of humour
Team-player with a proactive approach to supporting class learning.
