1-1 Sen Teaching Assistant

• Deliver 1-1 education in the community
• Build and maintain excellent educational relationships with the students
• Focus on the individual learning needs of the student who has struggled in a school environment
• Attend meetings and training at the school
• Cover lessons/support in school if needed

• Have up to date safeguarding and child protection qualifications/knowledge and experience
• Have 1 years experience working with SEN/SEMH children in a 1-1 setting, based in the community or home
• Be a car driver with own vehicle
• Have the energy, passion, and drive to create exciting and engaging lessons for our students
• Have initiative, vision, excellent planning, and organisational skills
• Ideally have experience and a passion for working with students with SEN/SEMH in a 1-1 or small group setting
