They are now looking for a dedicated 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to join their KS1 team on a temp-to-perm basis, starting ASAP.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide consistent 1:1 support for a KS1 pupil with additional needs
  • Build a strong, trusting relationship to support both learning and emotional wellbeing
  • Help deliver a structured, engaging, and supportive classroom experience
  • Work closely with the class teacher and SENCo to implement tailored strategies

Requirements

  • Experience working with children, ideally with SEN (school or similar setting)
  • A calm, patient, and resilient approach
