Job Description:

The candidate will act as a Practice Lead driving impactful change and delivering measurable results, working primarily on .NET (an open-source, cross-platform framework) solutions. They will coach the team, expand project scopes, and align IT systems while working in a collaborative environment within Sopra Steria—a leading European digital services company.

Job Responsibility:

Implementing strategic initiatives
Identifying and nurturing new talent
Expanding project scopes
Applying innovative solutions to ambitious projects
Aligning IT systems
Mentoring, training, and coaching the team
Communicating with cross-departmental partners, stakeholders, and management

Requirements:

.NET
Angular
Mobile and web development
Coaching a team
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a relevant equivalent
Languages: English and Dutch
