Job Description:

We are a leading commercial real estate company seeking a skilled .NET Entity Framework Developer to join our dynamic team. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET development, particularly with Entity Framework, and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions. We are looking for a talented .NET Entity Framework Developer to design, develop, and maintain software applications using .NET technologies. The successful candidate will work closely with our development team to create robust, scalable, and efficient applications that meet the evolving needs of our commercial real estate business.

Job Responsibility:

Create database object models using Entity Framework, ensuring efficient data access and manipulation
Develop and enhance web, mobile, and desktop applications using ASP.NET MVC, C#, and SQL Server
Design and optimize databases using RDBMS architecture, incorporating indexes, views, functions, and triggers to ensure high performance
Implement Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices to ensure high-quality code
Develop and execute test plans to validate application functionality
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including IT operations and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment with business objectives
Stay updated with the latest .NET technologies and trends, applying best practices to improve application security, scalability, and maintainability

Requirements:

Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, and SQL Server
Experience with database design, optimization, and performance tuning
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles
Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work in an agile environment and adapt to changing priorities
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
At least 3 years of experience in .NET development with a focus on Entity Framework
