• Recent graduate as (Burgerlijk) Ingenieur Elektromechanica with max. 6 months work experience
• Must be able to easily get to Zwevezele
• Strong analytical skills, solution-oriented, and proactive in thinking about process optimization
• Strong communication skills: works smoothly and respectfully with colleagues at all levels, from the shop floor to management
• Flexible, eager to learn, and takes responsibility for own growth
• Possesses a driver's license B and speaks fluent Dutch and English (French is a strong asset)
