Young graduate inside sales specialist

• Commercial Management: Preparing quotes, actively following up and completing orders
• Customer Contact & Support: Answering or referring questions, according to agreed SLAs
• Market Knowledge: Maintaining product knowledge and expertise through certification and training
• Pipeline: Actively managing your pipeline, building quality relationships and sharing relevant customer information via the CRM tool
• Growth: Identifying cross-selling opportunities and proactively seeking and approaching new customers
• Teamwork: Collaborating with colleagues from the Inside Sales Team to meet customer needs

• Recent graduate with maximum 6 months work experience
• Must be able to easily get to Aalst
• Languages: Fluent Dutch and good knowledge of French and English is a must
• Attitude: Commercial mindset, thinks flexibly and works result-oriented
• Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Numerically skilled with an eye for detail
• Additional: Affinity and basic knowledge of computer hardware and software is an advantage
