Young graduate frontline manager

• Daily coordination, planning and supervision of warehouse activities (inbound, storage and outbound) to achieve set targets
• Responsible for safety, order and cleanliness on the work floor, in line with strict hygiene and food standards
• Managing and motivating a team of approximately 25 employees (forklift drivers, outbound operators)
• Actively monitoring and analyzing crucial warehouse KPIs such as loading times, inventory accuracy, productivity and error rates
• Identifying bottlenecks and initiating improvement actions (continuous improvement) to increase efficiency and quality
• Daily work with and supervision of crucial logistics systems such as Easy WMS (Warehouse Management System), SAP and other logistics tools (COLOS/CSMS)
• Performing first interventions for technical failures or IT issues on the floor and escalating them correctly where necessary
• Coaching, guidance and evaluation of team members
• Ensuring correct and efficient staffing within the 5-shift system

• Bachelor or master degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management or Industrial Automation
• Maximum 6 months of work experience
• Ability to relocate to Veurne or be from the region
• Previous internship or relevant experience in a supervisory or coordinating role in a warehousing or logistics environment
• Ability to work in a continuous shift system
• Ability to start from March 1, 2026
• Strong technical & IT insight
• Affinity with automated processes
• Familiarity with working in and solving issues within WMS and ERP systems (knowledge of SAP is a plus)
• People skills
• Motivating leader with excellent communication and organizational skills
• Flexibility
• Willingness to work in a 5-shift continuous system (including nights and weekends)
• Good knowledge of Dutch and English
