Young graduate allround accountant

• AP Management: ensuring smooth and correct processing, control, and booking of purchase invoices
• Payment processing: preparing and executing payments and meticulous follow-up of open items
• Communication hub: the central point of contact for suppliers and internal departments (questions about invoices, payments, VAT structure)
• Administration: accurate administrative follow-up of all financial documents
• International framework: working mainly with Belgian accounting (70%), supplemented by Dutch files
• Optimization & Digitalization: actively participating in improvement projects and the digitalization of the finance department
• Closing & Reporting: gradually taking on more responsibility in month-end and year-end closing, reporting, and controlling
• Leadership (Future): preparation and training to lead the accounting team and take on the role of Accounting Manager

• Bachelor in Accounting or equivalent relevant accounting education
• Maximum 6 months relevant work experience
• Must be able to commute easily to Destelbergen
• Clear, unwavering drive to grow into a managerial role
• Analytical, proactive mindset
• Structured, accurate, and independent work attitude
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Minimum 4/5th or full-time availability
