As a Werkvoorbereider, you are the central figure ensuring smooth project execution. Tasks include creating calculations, managing materials and equipment, maintaining planning, and assessing contracts. You’ll work with a dedicated team at a family-owned company specializing in roofing.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Conduct building physics and wind load calculations
Create slope plans in Autocad
Determine necessary materials and handle orders
Manage planning meticulously
Arrange equipment such as cranes and containers
Oversee guarantees and contracts
Evaluate additional and reduced work.

Vereisten:

Experience with Autocad or willingness to learn
Analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to switch between different tasks
Fluency in Dutch
Strong communication skills
Proactive and responsible work attitude
Team player and ability to work independently
Hands-on mentality under pressure.
