Warehouse supervisor

• Planning, directing and operationally perfect functioning of a team of about 30 employees, including 2 team leaders
• Scope of operations during shift divided over all warehouse activities in the DC, both the more automated warehouse zones and the conventional zones
• Working closely with teams in rotating shifts to ensure available resources are deployed with the right priorities to achieve set priorities
• Flexible deployment on various activities (goods receipt, order picking, packing, loading and unloading)
• Working closely with both team leaders to achieve both predetermined productivity and quality targets
• Strong focus on safety and continuously striving to further develop the team and bring about possible improvements

• Bachelor/Master diploma preferred
• Relevant experience in night shift system
• Fluent knowledge of Dutch, French and English
• Proficiency in MS Office package
• Knowledge of SAP and warehousing is a plus
• Strong interest in the logistics world and willingness to build a career in it
• Team player who can get the best out of the team
• Takes initiative and is an accessible leader for the team
• Motivated and proactive person with leadership skills, good communication skills and a hands-on mentality
