Are you looking for a varied job and know how to get things done? Then a job as a salesperson at Circle K might be something for you. For Circle K Nazareth (E17 direction Kortrijk) we are looking for versatile sales employees. You will be able to work both in the shop and at the cash register. Or you will be deployed alternately in the station's sandwich shop, where you can help customers further. You take responsibility for all tasks that need to be done at the station. This is a full-time position. (35 hours per week)

  • Unloading delivery to filling store shelves
  • Maintaining the pumps, shop and facilities
  • Baking pastries to presenting promotions
  • Operating the cash register to helping customers

  • Able to work in shifts (early shift starts at 6:00, late shift ends at 22:00)

  • Je kan werken in shiften. De vroege shift start om 5.00 en de late shift eindigt om 19.15
  • Daarnaast werk je 2 weekends per maand
  • Je kan je met eigen vervoer verplaatsen gezien het tankstation niet bereikbaar is met fiets en openbaar vervoer

  • Het uitladen van de levering tot het vullen van de winkelrekken
  • Het onderhouden van de pistes tot dat van de shop en de faciliteiten
  • Het afbakken van de koffiekoeken tot het mooi presenteren van promoties
  • Het afrekenen aan de kassa tot het helpen van de klanten
  • Het bereiden met zorg en precisie van een verscheidenheid aan belegde broodjes volgens recepten
  • Klanten met een glimlach te woord staan, bestellingen opnemen en zorgen dat ze met een tevreden gevoel vertrekken
  • De werkplek schoon en ordelijk houden, hygiënevoorschriften volgen en bijdragen aan een vlotte werking van het team

  • De klantenservice afdeling staat klaar voor alle klanten en potentiële klanten door alle klachten met betrekking tot het volledige Mercedes-Benz-assortiment af te handelen. Alle klachten worden telefonisch of per e-mail afgehandeld. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor vragen over de aftersalesservice, productgerelateerde onderwerpen en algemene vragen over het bedrijf. Als medewerker klantenservice ben je het belangrijkste aanspreekpunt tussen de klant en Mercedes-Benz. Je zorgt ervoor dat klantvragen en -problemen adequaat worden afgehandeld, beheert de dienstverlening aan klanten en draagt productkennis over
  • Het belangrijkste aanspreekpunt voor klanten met klachten en problemen en het snel en professioneel afhandelen ervan. De ondersteuning wordt via verschillende kanalen geboden
  • Activiteiten met betrekking tot informatiebeveiliging, informatiebeheer en privacybescherming
  • Nauwkeurige registratie van klantinteracties, inclusief klachten, geboden oplossingen en feedback
  • Een proactieve aanpak om kennis en vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen om de klant de best mogelijke oplossing te bieden
