As Travel Consultant you think from the customer's perspective. Giving appropriate advice goes much further than just 'booking a trip'. Whether it's about a flying holiday, snow holiday, nearby holiday or cruise, you are the source of inspiration for the customer who wants to travel. You are part of our Flying Team and are flexibly deployed in your region.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Welcome customers and listen to their expectations
Create appropriate travel plans according to customer expectations
Inform customers about accommodation options, destinations, travel documents, insurance, car rental, airport transfers and other travel-related products and services
Collaborate with TUI Customer Service Center to handle customer calls and emails
Provide professional follow-up and handling of customer inquiries

Vereisten:

Diploma in tourism and/or work experience in a travel shop
Dynamic, customer-oriented and commercial attitude
Excellent communication skills in Dutch, English or French
Ability to work accurately and carefully
Team player
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and/or Saturdays
Resident in the Zuid-Antwerpen region
