As a carpenter, you will optimize the IKEA store experience by supporting the Com&In team in delivering high-quality work related to carpentry and painting. You will work actively with other departments to ensure the store always looks neat so that customers have a positive experience.

Optimize the IKEA store experience by supporting the Com&In team in delivering high-quality work related to carpentry and painting
Collaborate with other departments to ensure the store always looks neat
Follow routines and deliver high-quality work while striving for simple and cost-effective solutions
Use knowledge of product presentation, IKEA's visual identity, and how people live at home to support the Com&In team in presenting and communicating the IKEA assortment
Plan and order materials and supplies
Reduce ecological footprint and keep costs as low as possible by consciously dealing with materials and supplies
Stay up to date with the latest carpentry developments to increase quality and efficiency

Vereisten:

Passion for quality, craftsmanship, and interior design
Experience in carpentry in a commercial company
Practical mindset
