The Telemarketing Officer Benelux (0.6 FTE) is responsible for arranging qualified appointments for Sales Managers within one of the Sales departments and for registering these appointments to optimize quality via CRM systems. Collaboration with colleagues from Market Management to refine digital marketing campaigns is required.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Calling inbound and nurtured prospects and scheduling qualified sales appointments
selling digital products to the Micro SME segment
managing the Marketing Queue & Call Ready Queue in Salesforce
confirming appointments and registering them in Salesforce
collaborating closely with Market Management colleagues to improve digital marketing campaigns

Vereisten:

Strong communication and persuasion skills
self-motivated with strong organizational abilities
ability to adapt sales approach to external variables
good understanding of product benefits and usage
knowledge of specific market characteristics
ability to structure a prospect phone call
ability to convert leads into appointments
knowledge of Salesforce Lightning
fluent in Dutch
ability to interact with members of other core functions
proactive, enthusiastic, and persevering
strong communication skills
experience in telesales
basic knowledge and training in AI tools
