Functieomschrijving:

Als Technical Support specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ondersteunen van het technische team bij het oplossen van storingen en het uitvoeren van onderhoud aan machines en systemen. Je werkt in een 2-ploegenstelsel en speelt een cruciale rol in het efficiënt houden van de processen binnen de organisatie. Je zult nauw samenwerken met andere technische collega's en bijdragen aan de optimalisatie van de productie.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

  • Verstrekken van technische ondersteuning voor machines en apparatuur
  • Storingen oplossen en technische problemen in de processen aanpakken
  • Preventief onderhoud uitvoeren om stilstand van machines te minimaliseren
  • Samenwerken met het onderhoudsteam om processen te optimaliseren
  • Effectief communiceren van technische problemen en oplossingen naar het team en management
  • Proactief verbeteringen aandragen voor de machines en systemen

Vereisten:

  • Hoger technisch profiel met ervaring in de procesindustrie, machineonderhoud en storings- en onderhoudstechnieken
  • Proactieve en hands-on instelling, goede probleemoplossende capaciteiten en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Kennis van machines, processystemen en onderhoudstechnieken
  • Goede beheersing van Nederlands of Engels om effectief te kunnen communiceren in technische situaties
  • Bereid om in een 2-ploegenstelsel te werken
