Als Technical Solutions Engineer vorm je de cruciale schakel tussen onze klanten en het buitendienstteam. Je vertaalt technische klantbehoeften naar passende oplossingen binnen het Spirax Sarco-portfolio en ondersteunt het verkoopteam met technisch advies. Je beantwoordt vragen over stoomtoepassingen, stelt offertes op, werkt mee aan marketinginitiatieven en verifieert technische specificaties bij bestellingen. Hiervoor heb je regelmatig contact met onze internationale productievestigingen. Met jouw nieuwsgierige, zelfstandige en oplossingsgerichte houding draag je actief bij aan het succes van onze klanten. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Technical Manager Benelux.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

  • Vertaalt technische klantbehoeften naar passende oplossingen binnen het Spirax Sarco-portfolio
  • Ondersteunt het verkoopteam met technisch advies
  • Beantwoordt vragen over stoomtoepassingen
  • Stelt offertes op
  • Werkt mee aan marketinginitiatieven
  • Verifieert technische specificaties bij bestellingen
  • Heeft regelmatig contact met internationale productievestigingen

Vereisten:

  • Master industrieel ingenieur elektromechanica (of gelijkwaardig)
  • Sterk technisch inzicht gecombineerd met commercieel gevoel
  • In staat om complexe technische informatie helder en begrijpelijk uit te leggen
  • Nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en goed in prioriteiten stellen
  • Leergierig, zelfstandig en open voor nieuwe processen en oplossingen
  • Idealiter woonachtig in de regio Zwijnaarde (Gent)
  • Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels
  • Frans is een plus
