Functieomschrijving:

Als Technisch Proposal Engineer ben jij de drijvende kracht achter het ontwikkelen van technische voorstellen en offertes voor onze meet- en beveiligingsproducten. Jij vormt de verbindende schakel tussen klant, accountmanagement en onze interne organisatie. Met jouw analytisch vermogen en technische diepgang zorg je voor oplossingen die technisch kloppen én commercieel aantrekkelijk zijn.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

  • Analyseren van klantvragen: beoordelen complexe offerteaanvragen (RFQ/RFI) en brengt scherp in kaart wat technisch verantwoord is
  • Technisch ontwerp & calculatie: ontwikkelen maatwerkoplossingen en maken nauwkeurige kostprijscalculaties die technisch ijzersterk en commercieel haalbaar zijn
  • Adviserende rol: adviseren internationale klanten deskundig over hoe de wens zich vertaalt in een haalbare oplossing
  • Samenwerken & coördineren: schakelen intensief met accountmanagers over prijsstellingen en werken nauw samen met sales engineers en R&D
  • Klantcontact: ongeveer 20% van de tijd virtueel contact met klanten en ongeveer eens per maand mee op klantbezoek voor optimale klantenbinding
  • Verantwoording: werken in een hecht team met één directe collega en leggen verantwoording af aan de Technisch Directeur

Vereisten:

  • Afgeronde hbo-opleiding Elektrotechniek met minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring óf een mbo-diploma niveau 4 Elektrotechniek aangevuld met minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring
  • Diepgaande kennis van transformatoren, natuurkundige principes rondom magnetisme en de IEC 61869 norm
  • Begrijpen hoe elektrische energie wordt gedistribueerd binnen het elektriciteitsnetwerk
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal
  • Bereid om in de basis op locatie in Steenwijk te werken
