Zoek jij als Technisch Young Graduate een functie met een steile leercurve, waar je jouw kennis direct kunt inzetten voor de klant? Wil je de onmisbare schakel zijn tussen de techniek en de tevredenheid van internationale klanten? Dan is dit jouw kans om een dynamische carrière te starten! Je wordt de spil in het contact met klanten en het beheer van diverse technische en administratieve processen. Je vertaalt de technische complexiteit van producten naar heldere communicatie en garandeert een hoog serviceniveau.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

  • Technical Management: Manage various technical administrative processes, including preparation of sales quotes, tenders, and handling of non-conformities and claims (mainly via email)
  • Customer Relationship: Be the main point of contact for customers and external sales staff
  • Build strong relationships and actively improve service levels to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaboration: Work closely with various internal teams – including Sales, Production and Logistics – to ensure seamless and efficient operations
  • Communication: Participate in both customer and internal meetings to facilitate communication and collaboration

Vereisten:

  • Young Graduate with a technical Bachelor or Master (e.g., Electricity, Electronics, Electromechanics, or a related technical field)
  • Maximum 6 months of work experience

  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Basic knowledge of French is a plus

  • Accurately record and track customer questions in the system
  • Work smoothly with colleagues from other departments to solve problems quickly and efficiently
  • Contribute to optimizing internal processes and sharing knowledge
  • Test new products or software updates when necessary
  • Correctly register interventions and advice
