Development opportunity to grow from logistics coordinator to team manager position at IKEA. Start on the floor learning all processes and progress through internal training program (ATMP) to become a leader aligned with IKEA values.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Start on the floor learning all processes, employees and IKEA
Progress to coordinator role
Participate in internal Aspirant Team Manager Program (ATMP)
Learn all facets of IKEA Netherlands
Develop as a leader aligned with IKEA values
Work in logistics department on inbound, outbound, replenishment or order picking
Ensure optimal process for customer satisfaction

Flexible availability for shifts from 5:00 AM to 00:00 AM, weekdays and weekends
