Together with the other Team Leader Shopping Experience, you are responsible for the employees of Småland and Trolleys/Shoppingtools. You report to the Shopping Experience Manager.

Responsible for employees of Småland and Trolleys/Shoppingtools
Contribute to a good shopping experience for customers
Embody IKEA values and ensure a strong IKEA culture in the team
Daily management of team (15 to 20 employees)
Ensure correct staffing for the department
Hiring and onboarding new employees
Conduct performance reviews
Guide sick employees
Coach team where necessary
Ensure customers consistently have a positive and successful store experience
Ensure employees are available and ready to help by prioritizing customers
Empower employees through knowledge, trust, leadership, and motivation
Spend as much working time as possible in work area to support and coach colleagues
Ensure customers leave the store with a positive feeling
Actively work on maintaining IKEA culture by focusing on togetherness, simplicity, continuous improvement, cost-consciousness, and accepting and delegating responsibility
Keep colleagues up-to-date so they can perform their role effectively
Responsible for own development
