As a Teamleader Warehouse in IKEA DC/CDC (Customer Distribution Center - Winterslag) you not only guide and coach your employees, you are also responsible for creating a fun team spirit and working atmosphere. You are responsible for compliance with internal procedures, achieving set objectives (service level, efficiency, quality, etc.), organization and support of work within your department in Operations. In addition, you are the point of contact for your team in daily work and organization.

Strong communicator
Speak and write both Dutch and English fluently
Proficient with PC, mainly Microsoft Office
Work from Monday to Saturday in shifts (morning and afternoon, alternating weekly) with a varying day off
