Functieomschrijving:

Join IKEA Delft as a Teamlead Check-out to optimize the checkout process and enhance customer satisfaction. Lead and inspire a team of 15-20 employees, maintain safety, oversee daily operations, support onboarding, coach team members, and contribute to IKEA’s customer service excellence.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Monitor queue and waiting time policies
ensure a safe checkout environment
oversee daily operations of a team of 15-20 members
manage staffing levels
recruit and onboard new team members
conduct performance reviews
support sick employees
coach team as needed
serve as department representative in management team
be visible on the shop floor
make decisions for challenging situations

Vereisten:

Strong, experienced, and hands-on leader
passion for developing and inspiring team members
fluent communication in English and Dutch
commercial mindset
ability to set clear goals and provide constructive feedback
lead by example
strong administrative skills
prioritize and organize tasks for self and others
flexible with work hours, including nights and weekends
affinity with home furnishings

Wat we bieden:

One-year contract with possibility of extension
salary between EUR 3400 and 4300 per month based on full-time employment and experience
extra compensation for Sundays and holidays
