Teamcoördinator

• Coordinate and follow up daily production during the shift, including alignment with supporting services
• Monitor and adjust various KPIs and anticipate in collaboration with the line coordinator
• Detect and solve problems within the shift
• log technical malfunctions via the ticketing service and assign alternative work
• Ensure correct personnel planning based on the weekly schedule and keep priority machines running
• Efficiently engage support services to minimize production downtime
• Follow up deviations of raw materials and issues reported by operators
• Participate in routines such as completing the SQDCE board, rounds and priority meetings
• Lead 40 to 50 employees and ensure the safety of the team (supervision, oversee PPE, member of the intervention team)
• Assign operators to machines based on competencies, organize training, update the training matrix and evaluate operators
• Detect, report and address personnel problems

• Ensure good shift handover, relief and clear communication to all team members
• Enforce compliance with routines, group rules and procedures (HSE, ethics), and functionally direct supporting services during downtimes
• Set an example, especially in safety (develop and communicate SUSA's, address colleagues on unsafe behavior)

• Technical Bachelor or equivalent through relevant experience
• Minimum 5 years experience in a production environment
• Knowledge of rubber and/or epoxy injection molding techniques is a strong plus
• Knowledge of production and problem solving techniques
• Strong leadership skills and people management
• Strong personality with autonomy and a results-oriented approach

• Excellent communication and client-oriented skills

Knowledge of rubber and/or epoxy injection molding techniques
