Loading and unloading luggage
Placing blocks and cones
Connecting GPU (power unit)
Performing safety checks to ensure no issues before aircraft departure.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden

Organizing the daily operational workload for the Outbound team
Participating in planning meetings to determine the prioritization of work
Supervising and balancing available resources (Resource Planning) in collaboration with the Specialist Resourcing & Training and Operations Manager
Exercising team leadership with emphasis on individual development, coaching and training of team members
Carrying out the Performance Management Process (PMP), including feedback, drawing up PMPs and evaluation interviews
Monitoring and reporting Outbound KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and ensuring efficient communication with stakeholders
Daily coordination with Outbound Senior Operators on the progress of planned shipments and related processes
Acting as first point of contact for team members regarding personnel matters and escalating where necessary
Acting as back-up for the Outbound Senior Operator
Preparing and providing a qualitative Shift Start Up, including feedback
