Als Supply Chain Planner ben je de sleutelfiguur die de continuïteit en efficiëntie van de goederenstromen garandeert. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de integrale planning van productie, distributie en grondstoffenbevoorrading. Binnen de Planningsafdeling rapporteer je aan de Planning Manager en werk je nauw samen met de Assistant Planning Manager en het volledige planningsteam. Jouw primaire doel is het creëren van een optimale balans tussen vraag en aanbod, waarbij je proactief de voorraadniveaus beheert en snel schakelt bij onverwachte wijzigingen. Je fungeert als het centrale aanspreekpunt voor interne en externe stakeholders om alle prioriteiten perfect op elkaar af te stemmen, en draagt zo direct bij aan een soepele en efficiënte supply chain.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Function as central control point between production, sales, customer service, warehouses, suppliers and service providers
Plan and coordinate production, sales, raw materials and distribution activities at detail level
Translate the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) into executable operational plans
Collect and process data to support S&OP (demand planning, inventories, capacities)
Quickly respond to unexpected disruptions and changes to minimize impact on the supply chain
Manage raw material call-offs from suppliers and organize supply to global warehouses
Approve sales orders based on product availability
Check, reject/approve invoices related to transport, warehouse and raw materials
Perform daily operational tasks and manage routine problems
Follow up daily inventories, losses and performance level of production warehouses
Record relevant information in various systems (SAP, Excel, etc.)
Identify and implement process improvements within planning
Prepare month-end closing and forward information to external partners

Vereisten:

Bachelor diploma or equivalent through experience (preference for economic, logistics or technical direction)
Several years of relevant work experience in supply chain or planning
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and solution-oriented
Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills
Able to maintain overview while managing planning in detail
Stress-resistant and able to react quickly to last-minute changes
Fluent in Dutch and English (verbal and written)
Knowledge of French and German is a plus
Proficient with MS Office package
Knowledge of SAP in a production environment and experience with S/4HANA is a major asset
Energized by consultation within a production environment
