Store Manager

• Manage and optimize the operational and commercial performance of the Aveve store
• motivate, guide, and coach the team to perform at their best
• engage in comprehensive training to familiarize yourself with products, store processes, and service-oriented approach
• receive training in commercial and operational store management
• ensure seamless store operation by combining organizational skills, people management, and attention to detail
• actively participate on the shop floor and face challenges.

• Entrepreneurs mentality and passion for customer-focused work
• strong affinity with gardening and animals, a degree in agriculture or horticulture is a plus
• team player and motivator who inspires others
• commercial flair and excellent communication skills
• attention to order and compliance with procedures
• flexibility and willingness to work in other Aveve stores in the region if needed
• experience in retail and leadership
• willingness to work on Saturdays.
