Functieomschrijving:

Store host position at IKEA Delft where you are the first face customers see when entering the store. You'll alternate between welcoming customers and supervising children in Smaland play area. Part of the Shopping Experience team.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Welcome customers to the store and answer their questions
Supervise children in Smaland (supervised play area)
Organize and participate in activities during school holidays such as crafts and scavenger hunts
Work across different Customer Relations departments to reduce wait times and exceed customer expectations

Vereisten:

Customer-focused and proactive approach
Ability to work in a busy and hectic environment
Willingness to perform physical work
Team player who enjoys working with children
Strong communication skills
Fluent in Dutch and good command of English
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Willingness to work extra during holiday periods
Initiative-taking, independent, and able to set proper priorities
Stress-resistant and accustomed to working in a hectic retail environment
Willing to fill in on other departments when needed
Declaration of Good Conduct (VOG) required for working in Smaland
