As Station Manager at TUI, you will be the captain of the ship, coordinating dynamic operations, inspiring your team, and ensuring smooth operations. You will be the face of TUI, the driving force behind success, and the link between internal teams and external partners.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Coordinate daily operations
motivate and lead the TUI team and external suppliers
ensure top-level customer service and safety
solve unexpected situations and strategic issues
maintain relationships with suppliers and service partners
execute crisis plans

Vereisten:

Experience in aviation, ground handling, or team management
ability to take responsibility
strong communication skills
fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus)
flexible
solution-oriented
