Functieomschrijving:

Als stagiair recuiter ga jij het Talentcenter (TC) versterken met het recruitment proces. Zo help je bij het searchen en sourcen naar kandidaten, nabellen van referenties, afnemen van een eerste intakegesprek en zorg jij ervoor dat deze kandidaten worden voorgesteld. Daarnaast ben jij communicatief vaardig op meerder niveaus, een stevig gesprek ga jij zeker niet uit de weg. Kortom, een werkplek waarbij alle facetten van recruitment aan bod komen.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Pre-screening & Intake: conducting telephone intake interviews to assess motivation, availability, and suitability of candidates
CV-Screening: assessing and selecting incoming applications based on job requirements
Active Sourcing: actively searching for suitable candidates on platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and in the own Randstad database
Strengthening the Talentcenter (TC) with the recruitment process
Helping with searching and sourcing candidates
Calling references
Conducting a first intake interview
Ensuring candidates are presented
Communicating on multiple levels
Not shying away from a tough conversation.

Vereisten:

Student following a relevant education, for example in the direction of HRM or Commercial Economics
Communicatively strong, also in English
Available 32 to 40 hours per week
Enjoys challenges and changes are not a problem
Does not mind being present in Utrecht or Rotterdam every Monday
Communication talent that is clear and convincing in both enthusiastic conversations and persuasive texts
Shows curiosity and the will to quickly understand processes
Excellent team player who coordinates well with colleagues and planners for efficient recruitment.
