Internship position for a travel enthusiast who wants to support tour leaders of global group tours. The role involves various administrative and organizational tasks supporting the tour leading team.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Sending travel documents for tour leaders
Requesting flights and hotels for tour leaders
Maintaining the Tourleading mailbox
Answering phone calls and emails from tour leaders and local agents abroad
Assisting in organizing selection days, training days and tour leader days
Sending uniforms and materials for tour leaders
Checking and processing declarations from tour leaders
Printing overviews of customer reviews about the tour leaders and sending them to the relevant tour leaders

Vereisten:

MBO 4 or HBO education focused on tourism
Excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written
Proficiency in working with programs like Excel and PowerPoint
Attention to detail
Creative and enthusiastic attitude
