Site inspector signalling

• Control the contractor's activities on site
• Perform technical checks (focus on electricity and signalling) and ensure everything runs strictly according to specifications, planning and safety standards
• Oversee the physical shielding of the site and compliance with specific safety procedures
• Check whether the site complies with environmental regulations (waste management, prevention of soil pollution)
• Immediately intervene in unsafe situations or near-accidents
• Report these non-conformities directly to the site manager to prevent recurrence
• Keep the work diary, draw up measurement statements and update technical plans for the 'As-built' file

• TSO elektriciteit or Elektromechanica education
• Experience within the railway sector and knowledge of Infrabel procedures (signalling, measurement techniques)
• Advanced knowledge of electricity (materials and measurement techniques)
• Possession of BA4 and VCA certificates
• Proficient with reporting, daily reports, and drawing up progress statements
• Good command of Dutch (level B1)
• Proficient with MS-Office for following administrative follow-up lists
• Communicative, proactive, and a team player
• Willing to perform approximately 60% of duties at night
• Not deterred by occasional weekend work

Basic French and English is a plus
